Be patient while meditating

Be patient while MEDITATING! As beginner!

This post originally appeared on WIKIHOW.

Every person who has just started meditating faces many problems. For a beginner, meditation is just annoying. When I had started meditation, I cannot even meditate for just a single minute. But guys don’t go with your emotions. Being in the same posture might be pain but your body has the tendency to adapt the environment. A how to? Post on wiki how affirms that as a beginner you must learn five activities for a spiritual boost. The five activities are:
1       .     Lying down
2       .     Reading
3       .     Walking
4       .     Working
5       .     Enjoying life

In the next step Wiki how explains that reading spiritual books helps to cleanse the spirit by helping to let go of inner conflict. Everyone can read to obtain spiritual inspiration. There are thousands of spiritual books available.

In the next step wiki how describes the #4 step. “Do well for yourself and others. The fourth activity is that of karma yoga (doing good). Karma yoga opens the heart, gives inner power, and develops the consciousness towards all-encompassing love. Karma yoga can be practised one to six hours per day.

Swami Shivananda recommended one hour, while sai baba is for six. Yogi found three to four hours per day.

The fifth activity consists of enjoying life. We should bring joy into our lives. That opens our hearts and brings light inside us. Everyone is predisposed towards something. You can listen to music, eat something delicious read a good book, watch a movie, and find out creative hobbies.

Read the succeeding paragraph slowly. The following paragraph describes what really happens when we meditate.

There are two levels of meditation. The first level consists of purifying himself through visualization, mantras, and breath exercises to activate Kundalini energy. Then you stop all your thoughts. The spirit entirely comes to rest. You let thoughts and feeling come and go as they would. Suddenly, peace and happiness appears.
