5 Tips To Help You Wake Up On Time In The Morning

If you are a student or a working professional, you must be struggling every day, trying to snatch up 10 more minutes of sleep after the alarm goes off. Here are 5 useful tips that will help you wake up on time.

1. Follow A Bedtime Schedule
When you go to bed at different times every night, you can't fall asleep at a specific time and may not have adequate sleep as well. Sleeping at different times makes waking up difficult because your body has problems adjusting to varying sleep times.

2. Follow The Sleep Routine During Weekend
Yes, this is a spoiler, but you should try and follow the same sleep schedule even on the weekends.

3. Knock Off Your Laziness
When you have to wake up on time, keep your alarm clock at a considerable distance from you. And make sure that you have the loudest tone on. This will prompt you to wake up, walk up to the clock, and turn it off. But if you have the clock right next to you, you tend to turn it off and fall asleep again, thus getting late for the day.

4. Drink A LOT of water
When you drink a lot of water just before you go to bed, it is pretty obvious that you need to visit the washroom early in the morning. That will definitely make you feel wide awake.

5. Don't Jumpstart Your Day
You don't need to jumpstart your day. When you wake up, switch on the radio, listen to the music, and check your Facebook and personal mail. This will keep you smiling when you start your day. But be sure that you don't get on your phone the first thing in the morning; that may not go well with your parents.

Oil pulling or oil swishing is a traditional folk remedy where oil is "swished"(Kavala Graha) or "held"(Snehan/Snigda Gandoosha) in the mouth.  Practioners of oil pulling claim it is capable of improving oral and systemic health, including a benefit in conditions such as headaches, migraines, diabetes mellitus, asthma, andacne, as well as whitening teeth. Its promoters claim it works by pulling out toxins, which are known as ama in Ayurvedic medicine, and thereby reducing inflammation.

How to practise. Wikihow

Purchase a variety of cold-pressed organic oil. Some oil pullers suggest that sesame oil is the most effective oil for oil pulling, while others prefer the taste and texture of coconut oil. Consider alternating oil varieties every couple of days to get the full benefit of all the oils and see what works best for you.
·         Virgin olive oil and sunflower oil are also commonly used for oil pulling. Avoid canola oil and other varieties processed with additives.
First thing in the morning, measure out 1 tablespoon of the oil. It's important to do a pulling before you've consumed any food or drink in the day and also before you've brushed your teeth. You'll have the opportunity to clean your mouth out afterward, and it won't take long to complete the routine.
Swirl the oil around your mouth for 10-15 minutes. The oil will mix with your saliva, absorbing and "pulling" toxins from your mouth. As the oil is swished around the mouth, teeth, gums, and tongue, the oil will continue to absorb toxins, usually turning somewhat viscous and milky.
Spit out the oil and rinse your mouth out thoroughly with warm water. It's important to spit out the oil when it starts to feel thick. This usually takes somewhere between 10 and 15 minutes, and certainly no longer than 20.
·         You don't want to hold it in your mouth so long the toxins start to reabsorb. Spit into the trash can or sink and rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water, which tends to do a better job getting the oil out than cold.   TO know more click here
