What is Flipkart's Big Billion Day Sales? Are they cheating people in the name of Big Billion Day sales?

It can be seen that it has increased the prices of many products in last week. Several Products have been added in last week whose prices are much more then on other websites

This post originally appeared on quora.
The following was reported by Nikhil Sonti on this question on Quora.

In my opinion, Flipkart’s “The big billion day” was a huge scam. First let me explain what I did. Instead of manually refreshing the page every 5 seconds to check if new "STEAL DEALS" had arrived, I wrote a simple python script to do the same. You can check out my python script here. (shadowfax92/flipkart_parser.py)

Basically, the script parsed Flipkart’s page every 5 seconds to see if any new product had arrived in “STEAL DEAL” section. If a new product had arrived, my scripted shouted “Ring Ring Ring” (Thanks to OS X “say” command :P) on my mac and then send out a mail along with few product details like Name of product, discount offered/price, status of product (whether sold out or not) and the link to the "shop now"/"view product" page. What I noticed (once the script started working) is very bizarre. Whenever a new product arrived (the one's with crazy discounts like 90% and above) in the “STEAL DEAL” section, it was already in “Sold out” state. This basically means two things, either someone bought all of these products within 5 seconds (which is very unlikely) or Flipkart was simply fooling the customers into believing that they were too late in selecting the product. I think the latter case is more plausible. Indirectly, Flipkart was attracting a huge number of customers to their page who finally ended up buying the next best thing.

5 things you'll regret not doing in your 20s

Is it even possible to have regrets in your 20s? After all, every failure is just another lesson to be learned, right?
Turns out there are quite a few regrets you can have as a 20-something (although the list is much shorter than in your 30s).

Redditors recently voiced things that they regret not doing in their 20s. Read their answers to make sure you won't have any regrets in some of the best years of your life.

This post originally appeared on TOI website.

1. Not getting fit
Your 20-something metabolism can make you complacent with your health, but start working on being fit and healthy earlier, and you definitely won't regret it. After all, exercising and a healthy diet can increase your happiness and make all your experiences better. For example, if you're fit, you'll be able to take on bucket list trips that require a lot of endurance and a certain fitness level, like climbing Machu Picchu.
2. Not taking risks
So you're heading down the traditional path to play it safe. Think of your 20s as a time for new experiences and don't let your fears hold you back. You're only young once!

3. Rushing to be a grown-up
You're eager to get started on life, but take the time to really enjoy the experience of being in your 20s. You have the rest of your life to act like a grown-up. Don't feel obligated to follow a certain timeline. "You don't have to rush out and get a full-time career job at 21. You don't have to shack up and marry the first person you meet at 24. You don't have to buy a house or car and have babies by 27," says Reddit user shewhogoesthere. "A lot of people I know who were in a hurry all through their 20s are now ending their 20s and feeling a bit depressed because they quickly extinguished their youth and hit all the goal posts and now they're like, 'What now?' You can't go back, you can't be young again, why throw it away so quickly?"

5. Wasting time on people who don't deserve your time
Yup, the old toxic friend syndrome. It seems like we have this regret in every decade of our life. But in your 20s, friends seem to take up more time and effort than other decades just because many of us are still looking for our significant others and haven't had kids yet. Make sure that the time you spend on your friends is well spent and that you're cultivating friendships that will last a lifetime.

6. Not studying or moving abroad
You usually have fewer obligations in your 20s, so it's a good time to pack up and actually live overseas for a while. It's a completely different experience from travelling, and it's worth doing if you can make it work. You'll be out of your comfort zone culturally and in every other way possible, which is a tremendous learning experience that will open up your perspectives and world view.

A fun way to acieve your simple goals

1. We all have some desires. Like we want to get slim. Now we have two options to achieve that goal. In the first option we do that work but we don’t have any GOAL or PURPOSE. We can't sustain this for long time. We just practice it for a few days and then trail our regular routine. The problem is that it’s completely boring. Like if you want to go for walk every day and it’s purposeless. But you stop doing it after someday because it becomes boring. Now if you have some purposes like you want to decrease your cholesterol because it may take your life. Now you have some purpose and now you can go for a walk every day.

2. In the second instance we set a HUGE goal. For example, we made our mind that we are doing a particular exercise to bring down that current weight, 80, to 70. We practiced exercise and yoga for an hour. The next day we again did exercises for an hour. But next day we don’t do that exercise. We look ourselves in the mirror and it says everything. ‘Nothing is going to happen. Everything is waste. Then why do exercise?” we say to ourselves. But these two points are a major problem in themselves.

3. But there is a third option in the middle of the two. We have to make LITTLE goals. And as we have achieved that goal, we have to award ourselves.

How it works:

For example you made your mind to do yoga every day. The first thing you have to do is to know your capacity. If you can do yoga for 15 minutes, next day take it up to 17 minutes or 20 minutes and when we achieve that goal reward yourself or just appreciate. We just have to do our work better than the previous time and we have to reward ourselves.

The benefit is that you’ll not lose the thirst to do it next day. Suppose you are willing to do yoga for 1 hour. You just have to do it 50 minutes, so that you have the thirst to do it next day. But if you kept your mind with same, you may do it today but the next to you’ll get bored.

Don’t do your work as work; instead make it a game and play. We never get bored playing but we do get bored doing work.

The basic concept is that; you have to be thirsty every day to do that work. Hence, do less then you will. If you want to dance 20 minutes; just do it 15 minutes. If you want to exercise for 30 minutes; do it for 20 minutes. And as you started doing that miracle will happen.

You don’t have to run or stop, you just have to keep moving. This mentality should owed by everyone. Everything takes time. You can’t build a palace in one day. It only happens in movies.

‘Set a simple goal in exercise. I have to do exercise 20 minutes today. But I’ll do it 10 minutes. Now it’s a little simple. I have to change my habit and it’s not going to change in a day. I’ll do it regularly.

Simple goal + simple goal + simple goal + simple goal + … = Big results!!!

Now go, DO.

How to be INTRESTING when meeting NEW PEOPLE

You might think that being interesting is an innate talent, or that it means you have to be the "life of the party." Neither of those things are necessarily true. If you want to leave a good impression, you don't have to make sure all eyes are on you. Here are some tips anyone can use in any social setting.

This post originally appeared on Life Hacker.

First, You Have to Show Up
The first thing you'll have to do, obviously, is show up and talk to people. On a recent episode of The Splendid Table, author Jessica Hagy (who wrote the book on being interesting—literally, How to Be Interesting) told Jennifer Russell that the first thing you have to do is actually show up, which can be enough of a challenge for a many of us:

"You can show up basically as an observer of other interesting people and let that be a learning experience for you, or you can show up and be a little bit more of the life of the party. But the main thing is to show up.P "The first step is to go exploring — if you're out of your comfort zone, if you're wandering into somebody's house for the first time — that's one step in and of itself."P Hagy doesn't mean rummaging through your host’s medicine cabinet, closet or drawers. She means be adventurous, try different foods, engage strangers in conversation.P "Be prepared to have awkward conversations with strangers, because good conversation is a little bit like coaxing a feral cat out of a drain pipe," she says. "You need bait, you need something to talk about, you need to be perceived as non-threatening, and you need to prepare yourself to be hissed or clawed at.

Be a Good Observer and a Great Listener
Remember, being "interesting" doesn't mean you left the biggest impression, or you're the one telling the story that everyone is enraptured by. It just means that you leave a good impression on the people you interact with, and in turn, those people had a good conversation with you. Bring the bar down—not everyone at a party has to be the "life" of it.

Go In With a (Flexible) Plan
Make a mental game plan of conversation starters and prompts that will serve you well. You don't want to script conversations before you go out, but you should keep a couple of things in your pocket to keep the conversation going, or questions to ask if it stalls out. Simple things like "How do you know the host?" and "How did you get here?" are always good go-to conversation starters to a certain extent. The former is always a good opportunity to talk about your host and how the two of you know them, which can move into a solid conversation about other topics (work, school, hobbies, or whatever else comes up). Hagy specifically suggests the latter though as a way to talk not so much about the trip itself, but where the other person is from, what part of town, where they're staying if they're in from out of town, and so on.

Don't Fear Silence, Save the Day Instead
Awkward silences are part of conversing with people. Don't be afraid of them, or rush to fill them. If there's a pause or a lull in the conversation, let it run its course. If you want to disengage, a lull is always a good time to stop by the bar or grab a drink. If you want, offer to bring one back for the person you were speaking with. Otherwise, just say you're going to grab another drink or something to eat, and find another group to converse with. If you do want to keep the conversation going though, Hagy offers one trick that's near foolproof, especially at smaller gatherings like dinner parties:

"If you're faced with an awkward silence at a dinner party, the only thing that always gets everyone murmuring and talking again is to give the host a compliment," Hagy says. "He or she is the person who is feeling the weight of that awkwardness the most. Just quickly turn around and say, 'This souffle is magnificent and you have to tell me all about it.'"

Relax, It's Just a Good Time
If you catch yourself struggling to keep a conversation going, or wondering what you should say next, or overthinking the entire affair and stressing out, take a few deep breaths and relax. Remember what we said about leaving your comfort zone—it's a departure, and you need to come back to process your experiences and recharge. Grab a drink or a snack, find a secluded spot or somewhere out of the way, and take a little time to yourself. Give yourself a little time to clear your head, relax, and head back into the fray.

Daniel Kahneman's Thinking Fast and Slow | Wikipedia | Book To Buy

Thinking, Fast and Slow by Daniel Kahneman

Thinking, Fast and Slow is a 2011 book by Nobel Memorial Prize winner in Economics Daniel Kahneman which summarizes research that he conducted over decades, often in collaboration with Amos Tversky.
It covers all three phases of his career: his early days working on cognitive bias, his work on prospect theory, and his later work on happiness.
The book's central thesis is a dichotomy between two modes of thought: "System 1" is fast, instinctive and emotional; "System 2" is slower, more deliberative, and more logical. The book delineates cognitive biases associated with each type of thinking, starting with Kahneman's own research on loss aversion. From framing choices to substitution, the book highlights several decades of academic research to suggest that people place too much confidence in human judgment.

Buy books and video games, happiness will come free: research

"If your goal is to make yourself happier, then you should buy things that are going to engage your senses," Howell added.

This post originally appeared on Hindustan Times.

For the study, researchers asked consumers about a recent purchase and how happy that purchase made them.

Expecting that material items would provide the smallest happiness boost and life experiences the largest, with experiential products falling in the middle, they were surprised to find that experiential products actually provided the same level of happiness as experiences.

"They are essentially two different routes to the same well-being," Howell said.

"If you are not feeling very competent, the best way to alleviate that deprivation would be through the use of experiential products. On the other hand, if you are feeling lonely, you should buy life experiences and do things with others," Howell added.

    Protect yourself from NEGATIVE influences.

To protect yourself against negative influences, whether of your own making, or the result of the activities of negative people around you, recognize that you have a WILL-POWER, and put it into constant use, until it builds a wall of immunity against negative influences in your own mind.

This is an extract from Napoleon Hill's THINK AND GROW RICH.

Recognize the fact that you, and every other human being, are, by nature, lazy, indifferent, and susceptible to all suggestions which harmonize with your weaknesses.

Recognize that you are, by nature, susceptible to all the six basic fears, and set up. habits for the purpose of counteracting all these fears.

Recognize that negative influences often work on you through your subconscious mind, therefore they are difficult to detect, and keep your mind closed against all people who depress or discourage you in any way.

Clean out your medicine chest, throw away all pill bottles, and stop pandering to colds, aches, pains and imaginary illness. Deliberately seek the company of people who influence you to
    THINK AND ACT FOR YOURSELF.

Do not EXPECT troubles as they have a tendency not to disappoint.

Without doubt, the most common weakness of all human beings is the habit of leaving their minds open to the negative influence of other people. This weakness is all the more damaging, because most people do not recognize that they are cursed by it, and many who acknowledge it, neglect or refuse to correct the evil until it becomes an uncontrollable part of their daily habits.

To aid those who wish to see themselves as they really are, the following list of questions has been prepared. Read the questions and state your answers aloud, so you can hear your own voice. This will make it easier for you to be truthful with yourself.

Learn To Create The Most Secure Password in THREE STEPS

Four Methods to Create a Secure Password You'll Actually Remember

How do you balance the necessity of highly secure passwords with the utility of easily recalling them all? The only secure password is one that you can't remember, but there are times when you can't use a password manager and need to rely on your memory.

This post originally appeared on the Buffer blog.

It's a question I mull each and every time a security breach happens. When the Heartbleed vulnerability was discovered last spring, the mandate was for everyone to change all their passwords right away. It's still on my to-do list. I cringe at the thought of getting hacked, and I also cringe at the thought of taking the time and mental energy to do a complete overhaul of my favorite passwords.

    Does this sound like you?

If you happen to have a system in place to manage your unique, random, unbreakable passwords, then my hat's off to you. According to some estimates, you are among a well-protected 8 percent of users who do not reuse passwords.

The rest of us are still searching for a solution. We know that creating a safe password is paramount, but how does one actually go about creating and recalling all those essential, random passwords we need? It took writing this post to get me on the straight-and-narrow with my passwords. Here's what I learned about how to create a secure password you can remember.

The Anatomy of an Unbreakable Password

The longer the password, the harder it is to crack. Consider a 12-character password or longer.

Avoid names, places, and dictionary words.

Mix it up. Use variations on capitalization, spelling, numbers, and punctuation.

These three rules make it exponentially harder for hackers to crack your password. The strategies employed by password crackers have advanced to an incredibly efficient level, so it's imperative to be unusual with the passwords you create. Here's An example from security expert Bruce Schneier about just how far password crackers have come:

Recent password breaches at sites like Adobe have shown how insecure many of our passwords are. Here is a list of the most common passwords that turned up in the Adobe breach. It probably goes without saying: Avoid using these passwords.

    123456
    123456789
    password
    admin
    12345678
    qwerty
    1234567
    111111
    photoshop
    123123
    1234567890
    000000
    abc123
    1234
    adobe1
    macromedia
    azerty
    iloveyou
    aaaaaa
    654321

If you're curious whether your chosen password is secure or not, you can run it through an online password checker like the one at OnlineDomainTools. To highlight the importance of a lengthy, random, unique password, the online checker has specific fields to show your password's variation in characters, its appearance in dictionaries, and the time it would take for a brute force attack to crack it.

Research explains why you can’t remember being a baby

Researchers have long puzzled over why we can form memories when we're babies, but then go on to have no recollection of those years - a phenomenon known as infantile amnesia.

Now recent research in rodents may have found the answer. It turns out all the new cells that are constantly being formed in young brains may actually be messing with our memories.

This post originally appeared on ScienceAlert.

Mammals generate new brain cells all the time, but when we’re babies the rate of this process, known as neurogenesis, is at its highest. Because of all the new things we experience as infants, there’s a lot of early-life action in the hippocampus in particular - the region of the brain that is associated with memories and learning.

Usually this type of hippocampal activity is associated with improved memory, as Susannah Locke writes for Vox. But a study led by scientists from the University of Toronto in Canada has found that in babies, the extremely high rates of neurogenesis is actually having the opposite effect and increasing forgetfulness.

Their research, published in Science, suggests that all the new neurons being formed could be pushing out established memory circuits.

The team investigated the process by first creating memories in various rodents. To do this they made the animals associate a place with a mild electric shock.

They then boosted the rate of neurogenesis in some of the mice by either giving them drugs or a running wheel (both known to stimulate neuron production in the rodents), and slowed down neurogenesis in others.

They found that the young mice who’d had their neuron production slowed down were able to remember things better than those that had the process sped up.

The researchers also looked at guinea pigs and a Chilean rodent called a degu, two species which are born with a more mature brain and have naturally lower rates of neurogenesis when they’re infants. Neither of these species normally experience infantile amnesia, but when the scientists increased their rates of neurogenesis above normal levels, neither could store memories from when they were babies.

Given the similarities between rodent and human brains, the researchers believe the same process could cause humans to forget their early childhood.

Previous theories have suggested that infantile amnesia comes from babies’ lack of language skills or emotional development, as Locke explains in Vox. This new research doesn't necessarily rule out the ideas, but shows for the first time the mechanism through which our memories are suppressed.

Mazen Kheirbek, a neuroscientist from Columbia University in the US told Vox that further research is needed to work out whether it’s the new neurons that are leading to forgetting, or the learning itself. "Perhaps the forgetting seen here is actually due to the increased ability to learn new things," he said. "So there is a tradeoff there, preserving the older memories may come at the cost of making new ones."

    How to take IMMEDIATE decisons

Use the 10-10-10 Rule to Make Better Decisions

You have to make some difficult decisions through the course of your life. Business writer and author Suzy Welch suggests making that call by using the 10-10-10 rule to get your priorities in order first.

This post originally appeared on LifeHacker.

In her book 10-10-10: A Fast and Powerful Way to Get Unstuck in Love, at Work, and with Your Family, Welch writes:

Every time I find myself in a situation where there appears to be no solution that will make everyone happy, I ask myself three questions:
    • What are the consequences of my decision in 10 minutes?
    • In 10 months?
    • And in 10 years?
The way the brain works, your decisions are rooted in feelings, and the long-term considerations should help in making those clear. Welch says that with the answers, you will figure out if the decision is aligned with your priorities, or maybe even discover your priorities in the process. The clarity of thought also makes it easy to explain the choice to those who will feel its impact.

    The right POSTURES for COMPUTER

Sitting at a computer for long periods of time can take a toll on your body. By not sitting with the correct posture, it is easy to end up with back pain, neck pain, knee pains, and a tingling of the hands and fingers. Here are some tips on maintaining good ergonomics and staying comfortable at your desk during the day. Note: A 2006 study indicated that rather than an up-right position a more relaxed one at 135 degrees is suggested to relieve lower back pain.

This post originally appeared on WIKI-HOW

    1. Sit up tall. Push your hips as far back as they can go in the chair. Adjust the seat height so that your feet are flat on the floor and your knees equal to, or slightly lower than, your hips. Adjust the back of the chair to a 100°-110° reclined angle. Make sure that your upper and lower back are supported. If necessary, use inflatable cushions or small pillows. When your chair has an active back mechanism use it to make frequent position changes. Adjust the armrests so that your shoulders are relaxed, and remove them completely if you find that they are in your way.

    2. Sit close to your keyboard. Position it so that it is directly in front of your body. Make sure that the keys are centered with your body.

    3. Adjust the keyboard height. Make sure your shoulders are relaxed, your elbows are in a slightly open position, and your wrists and hands are straight.

    4. Adjust the tilt of your keyboard based on your sitting position. Use the keyboard tray mechanism, or keyboard feet, to adjust the tilt. If you sit in a forward or upright position, try tilting your keyboard away from you, but if you are slightly reclined, then a slight forward tilt will help to maintain a straight wrist position.

    5. Use wrist rests. They will help maintain neutral postures and pad hard surfaces. The wrist rest should only be used to rest the palms of the hands between keystrokes and not while typing. Place the mouse or trackball as close as possible to the keyboard.

    6. Position your monitor properly. Adjust the monitor and any source or reference documents so that your neck is in a neutral, relaxed position. Center the monitor directly in front of you, above your keyboard. Position the top of the monitor approximately 2-3” above your seated eye level. If you wear bifocals, lower the monitor to a comfortable reading level.

Sit at least an arm's length away from the screen and adjust the distance for your vision. Reduce any glare by carefully positioning the screen, which you should be looking almost straight at, but partially looking down. Adjust any curtains or blinds as needed. Adjust the vertical screen angle and screen controls to minimize glare from overhead lights.

    7. Position the source documents directly in front of you, and use an in-line copy stand. If there is insufficient space for that, place the documents on a document holder positioned adjacent to the monitor. Place your telephone within easy reach. Use headsets or a speaker phone to eliminate cradling the handset.

    8. An articulating keyboard tray can provide optimal positioning of input devices. However, it should accommodate the mouse, enable leg clearance, and have an adjustable height and tilt mechanism. The tray should not push you too far away from other work materials, such as your telephone

If you do not have a fully adjustable keyboard tray, you may need to adjust your workstation height and the height of your chair, or use a seat cushion to get in a comfortable position. Remember to use a footrest if your feet dangle.

    9. Take small breaks during your workday to release some of that muscle tension. Studies have shown that constant sitting is very damaging to your health. Try walking around for a couple minutes, standing and doing stretches—anything to break up a full day of sitting on your bottom is good for you!
Take short 1-2 minute stretch breaks every 20-30 minutes. After each hour of work, take a break or change tasks for at least 5-10 minutes. Always try to get away from your computer during lunch breaks.
Avoid eye fatigue by resting and refocusing your eyes periodically. Look away from the monitor and focus on something in the distance. Rest your eyes by covering them with your palms for 10-15 seconds. Use correct posture when working. Keep moving as much as possible.

    10. Exercise your hand by pushing on top of your fingers, and using backward resistance movements. Do a minimum of fifteen reps for each hand at least six times every day. This simple exercise will prevent you from developing carpal tunnel finger problems in the future. Even if you don’t have any problems right now, you may prevent pain later in life by doing a few good exercises.

    11. Done!

"Collage Is the best time of your life", but 'REALLY'?

It’s graduation season, and graduates (both high school & college) are probably hearing those nostalgic proclamations quite a bit. Whether they're moving on to college, or moving away from “higher” education altogether, someone (probably 30 – 55 years old) is sure to profess that the student or soon to be ex-student is experiencing the pinnacle of their life. It better not be.

That’s not to say that your late teens or early twenties spent at a University can’t be a blast. Far from it. But High School & College… it ain't real. You're still leashed. Fenced in. There are bumpers in your gutters and training wheels bolted to your back axle.

You don't have anywhere the level of control you get afterward. You're simply not able to make all the decisions you’d like to. Whether it’s the required gen-ed courses you're forced to take, what the heck the dining hall is serving that day, or what time that class is offered this semester. Even your last name… your family (siblings, parents rep in the community) can box you in. Self-starters and creators can feel suffocated in the structure of high school, college, and early adulthood.

    Control = Decisions + Effort.
Control + Time = Whatever the hell you want.

People who tell High Schoolers / College students that “these are the best of years of your life” thrived when they didn't have control. That’s not good.

If your life peaks in high school or college, you've either had terrible luck, or, you've blown it. And if you've blown it, it’s never too late to retake some of that control by making different decisions.

For the grads or soon to be grads, if someone looks you in the eye and utters the “this is/was the best time of your life” garbage, nod and smile. And know that even if it was awesome, it absolutely gets better.

    No more fences.

    Go. Do.

    Be patient while meditating

Be patient while MEDITATING! As beginner!

This post originally appeared on WIKIHOW.

Every person who has just started meditating faces many problems. For a beginner, meditation is just annoying. When I had started meditation, I cannot even meditate for just a single minute. But guys don’t go with your emotions. Being in the same posture might be pain but your body has the tendency to adapt the environment. A how to? Post on wiki how affirms that as a beginner you must learn five activities for a spiritual boost. The five activities are:
    1       .     Lying down
    2       .     Reading
    3       .     Walking
    4       .     Working
    5       .     Enjoying life

In the next step Wiki how explains that reading spiritual books helps to cleanse the spirit by helping to let go of inner conflict. Everyone can read to obtain spiritual inspiration. There are thousands of spiritual books available.

In the next step wiki how describes the #4 step. “Do well for yourself and others. The fourth activity is that of karma yoga (doing good). Karma yoga opens the heart, gives inner power, and develops the consciousness towards all-encompassing love. Karma yoga can be practised one to six hours per day.

Swami Shivananda recommended one hour, while sai baba is for six. Yogi found three to four hours per day.

The fifth activity consists of enjoying life. We should bring joy into our lives. That opens our hearts and brings light inside us. Everyone is predisposed towards something. You can listen to music, eat something delicious read a good book, watch a movie, and find out creative hobbies.

Read the succeeding paragraph slowly. The following paragraph describes what really happens when we meditate.

There are two levels of meditation. The first level consists of purifying himself through visualization, mantras, and breath exercises to activate Kundalini energy. Then you stop all your thoughts. The spirit entirely comes to rest. You let thoughts and feeling come and go as they would. Suddenly, peace and happiness appears.

    6 ways to overcome BOREDOM

    How to overcome BOREDOM
    Stay busy to stay energetic!
I our busy life we all are busy, always. We seldom get time to relax and think about us for a minute. But on several instances we come up with free time which is really important but on such instances there are also moments that are too free that we eventually get bored.
Nothing comes up to our mind what to do? This is called boredom. Boredom is nothing but a state of mind. When we feel lazy our mind starts reacting and the state of boredom start to overwhelm our mind and body.
But what we should exactly do at that moment. Follow one of the steps when you are slipping in the state of boredom.
    Hello! Call up your friends
Friends are just amazing. They understand you, your emotion and being with them is bliss to some extent. If you're getting bored; the best way, according to me, is to ring them and talk on phone.
You can talk about your recent happening or you can even talk about how you feel about them, this is the best way to overcome boredom. This is the finest way to make your chat fascinating.
    ?!!?#$%$@ Start a group chat!
Group chat, something I truly enjoy. Call up your friends at your home or you can even go to their home. You can also gather some of your favourite family members and start the group chat at once.  Get some soft drinks snacks and any other eating stuff you may like. Share them and the group chat will be automatically started. Group chats is usually related to past experiences one had experienced.
Those are really funny. Talk about your school life, any amusing experience, and fake stories of ghost. You know talking about ghosts in a group will make you feel superior. This is the best topic in a group. When the fake stories will start being discussed, they will be automatically connected with a new one. One may or may not have seen ghosts but he will surely share any fake experience.
    Whatsapp! Facebook – Get Social
Days have really changed. In earlier times if you needed to communicate anyone, it was really a difficult task. But now just click on a button and you connected with all your friends.

This way to overcome boredom is popular over the world. Indeed, everyone use this to overcome boredom. This is the mixture of the first and second step described to overcome boredom. Start using your Facebook account and open news feeds. If you use Whatsapp then send voice calls, images, and text to your friends.
    Start Listening to MUSIC
Music is a better way to get out of boredom. Get your IPod and start your favourite songs and start singing along it in a loud voice. If you don't have an IPod then you can also open your T.V. and play any music channel. Play the music in full volume and dance or sing along it.
The best way is to switch to shuffle mode of your IPod. Listening unfamiliar songs will make the time period long and then you can listen to songs for a quite long time. Another thing you can do is to go to your bed with your music player and have a quick nap. It is also a good way to get out of boredom.
    Play any sports or game!
Playing games or sports is a good way to overcome boredom. Gather some of your local friends and ask them to start playing. Games are time consuming. It will help you to be engaged in a particular activity which will eventually lead you to get out of boredom.
You would know that game so much fun.

You can also play any computer game like, Call of Duty, Assassin’s Creed, GTA IV, EA sports Cricket, and others.

You Don't Have To Start Big, You Just Have To Start

    LifeHacker

When you have a big task ahead you, getting started is the toughest part. Henrik Edberg of The Positivity Blog suggests you stop thinking about how you should start and just start.

Don't get stuck dwelling on the size and vagueness of your goal. Edberg explains what we can do keep from stalling:

Stop thinking that you have to get started in a big and spectacular way. If you have a big goal or dream or even a medium sized one then it is easy to think that you have to take an action of the same size to get started or to get where you want to go.

Instead, Edberg recommends you start small. Ask yourself what is one small step you can do today to get things moving, then do it. Keep it simple with each step and slowly build your way to your much larger goal. Remember, getting started is everything.

    Eat LEISURELY; stay HEALTHY

    Eat LEISURELY; stay HEALTHY
A simple formula to stay fit and healthy and predominantly SLIM.
After an analysis all over the world on obesity it was considered that 45 %( an approximate) of the whole population are suffering from obesity. There are also some people who are obese but do not ever accept that they are. One should never possess this quality of not accepting your inadequacy. If we will not ever accept our mistake or quality we can never bring a change about it. Hence one must accept his that he is inadequate; if so.

I always had the quality of arguing with everyone if someone said anything against me. One day my elder brother came to me and made me realise my odd behaviour. But I not agreed on this and added that I am not like that. But from then I started noticing myself whenever I talked and found that I am literally foolish arguing people when they stood against me. Since that time I accepted that I am like this and from then miracles started occur. After a few months I had mastered my quality of arguing and friends I now know that wise people do not argue. Accepting yourself is the first step towards change.

Once you have accepted yourself the next step is to acknowledge what caused you to be obese. The main cause of obesity is overeating. Most of us try eating as much as we can. As capacity of a car’s fuel tank is limited our body is quite similar in the aspect of eating but it stores the extra food as fats when we eat too much.

We need energy to be alive. Energy is obtained from food. But how we would ever know that how much energy is required for us? I mean if we don’t know how much energy, which is measured in calories, is required; we will eat too much which will lead to obesity. But our body has every feature we want. It notifies us when we have eaten much. But did we know that signal? Yes, there is a certain kind of feeling when we have eaten too much and we don’t want to eat further. As a bike has a fuel meter which shows how much fuel is left similarly of brain sends us signal when we have eaten enough. It takes 20-25 minutes for the brain to send us signal of hunger. But did we take 20-25 minutes to complete our meal? Not ever. We generally complete our meal in 10-15 minutes; eating much as we needed.

So now we have to eat slowly so that we can know if we need to eat more or not. When scientist involved in this problem they came to know that chewing your food thirty two times can make you slim. For more information you can GOOGLE this query. When we chew every single bite thirty two times it will of course take more time to eat. An average person chews every bite 10-12 times. Consequently, if we rather chew it 32 times it will consume more time. Thus we can easily know how much we have to eat. Chewing food thirty times makes the fat contained in the food to be digested in mouth which will help our digestive system to work less and hence it will work effectively.
So guys chew it 32 32 32 32 32. Remember this number every time you eat.

How we spend our DAY is OF COURSE; how we spend our lives.

Man is what he THINKS all day LONG

Truly man becomes as he thinks all day. Everyone think correspondingly what his beliefs are. If I am a painter, I will catch ideas related to painting not with music or dancing. Man’s beliefs are totally made up of thoughts he has all day. It is                                    scientifically proven that on an average we have more than 60,000 thoughts per day.
So every day we dominate thoughts which like and reject the rest. And after time it becomes our beliefs. Belief is nothing but knowledge and experiences.

For example, a man was driving a car and had an accident. The reason of the accident, when he was asked, he explained that he had seen a family member sneezing when he was leaving. He added it is not good and truly a sign of bad luck that if someone sneezes while you are leaving home, then he becomes condemned with bad luck. And from then he didn’t allowed anyone to leave whenever a person sneezed in his house.
What a silly thing that is. Can you ever think of this? Not to leave home when someone sneezed when you are leaving.

                                                                    Belief
So now we know that everything of a person is his beliefs. According to our beliefs we address things as complicated or effortless.
I asked one of my friends, who studies in another school, to complete my painting that I got as homework. He entirely said no. There was not any drawing period in his school hence he didn’t ever hold the paintbrush, then how he could draw anything. His had no knowledge of drawing and no experience in that, ever. As I affirmed that beliefs are completely knowledge and experiences.
But you would be thinking that by ‘knowledge’ I mean reading books, newspaper and etc. But ‘knowledge’ is million times larger than education. Education is nothing but a drop of water in the ocean of knowledge. In a nutshell I mean when you are completely aware of the event around you; you are gaining knowledge.
Every field of working requires diverse knowledge and experiences. Like, a doctor needs both knowledge and experience for surgery or for giving medicines. Without these requirements one cannot be a doctor. An internet entrepreneur needs both experience and knowledge for working. A marketer should have knowledge and experience in marketing.
So if we want to be successful in any field we need to have belief, knowledge and experience.
    How to Develop BELIEF
     It will be posted soon.
